Fuzzy Wuzzy's Summary: **** Recommended with warm fuzzies. I bought this unit to replace an old AT&T 1710 digital answering machine that was still working okay, but I wanted its ability to record 40 minutes of messages instead of my old 1710 model's recording of only 10 minutes of messages. So much of this review is based on comparing the 1739 with my old, and far more basic, 1710 model... ***** Excellent 5-fuzzies feature ratings: ***** The amazingly unbeatable $18 low price!!! A lot of electronic features for far less than what some people pay for a few months of voice mail service (and far less th...

This product was a breeze to set up and the flexibility of the 2-lines in combination with the clarity of the DECT 6.0 standard makes this the best product in its class. The clarity is excellent. Battery Life is also very strong. The handset is tremendously light (almost cheap-feeling) is the only real downside. Just a minor gripe though. Overall a great phone. I will be getting 2 more receivers for the house., I needed to replace my old Panasonic 5.8 phone system. The old handsets had been dropped too many times, battery life had dropped to nothing and none of the replacement batteries were worthwhile.Onto this product, however.Reading the other reviews I was afraid that my GSM...

The unit has red light showing Answering Machine is on as well as blinking red light showing new messages . The keys are large. The display screen is very conveniently located, size and clarity are very good. I ordred two hand sets and going to order more. The hand-set intercome feature is very useful. I have two story yhouse and I am moving a lot. This feature makes it easier to communicate with other members of the house. The Amazon service has remained consistently good. I am glad to have this unit., There are many good things about ...

I purchased this phone set to replace an existing set of V-Techs. I needed 4 phones and this set fit the bill. What I did not expect was this set to be so awsome. not only does the intercom system work brilliantly but because only the main base needs to be connected to a hard line. you can place the other phones anywhere you like even in a room without a jack! I have a 2 story house with basement. I did not need to have a phone line run to my basement just to use the phone, and the call clarity is excellent. I would recommend this phone system to everyone. Oh yeah, The didgital answering system is a breeze to master. and every...
