I bought a Panasonic phone about 12 years ago, it died and I wanted something to replace it as it was the best speaker cordless phone I could find! This model was the closet I could find to replace the old model and I am very happy with it! Not sure why anyone has had issues with this phone I have had none, the only thing different from the old phone is the older phones speaker was louder this ones not as loud on the hand set as the other was. Other then that this phone Rocks!!! I only hope...
