I purchased this phone set to replace an existing set of V-Techs. I needed 4 phones and this set fit the bill. What I did not expect was this set to be so awsome. not only does the intercom system work brilliantly but because only the main base needs to be connected to a hard line. you can place the other phones anywhere you like even in a room without a jack!
