I primarily use this as a 2 line speaker phone in my office. I have used it for several weeks now and it has been great. Speaker volume is good and footprint is small. My only wish is that the mute button was one of the larger buttons on the key pad vs a soft menu button but it still works fine. I was looking for a small all-in-one to replace an old telephone/answering machine that sat on my kitchen counter for years. This compact unit is not much bigger than my old telephone. Since it will store up to 18 received faxes in it's memory (if out of paper) I do not keep paper in the tray. That way it takes up less space.
